Cancellation Policy

Cleaning Service Policy T&J Properties provides routine, reset, move-in/move-out, and deep-cleaning services tailored to the condition, size, and selected service package of the home. Cleaning Service Checklist: ☐ Confirm client priorities, access instructions, pets, and areas that are off-limits. ☐ Remove visible trash and straighten surfaces. ☐ Dust reachable surfaces and high-touch areas. ☐ Vacuum and/or sweep floors. ☐ Mop applicable hard-surface floors. ☐ Clean kitchen counters and exterior appliance surfaces. ☐ Clean bathroom sinks, counters, mirrors, toilets, tubs/showers. ☐ Clean baseboards when included in the selected service. ☐ Clean interior windows when purchased as an add-on or included in the package. ☐ Sweep garage and remove debris when the garage service is purchased. ☐ Document any visible damage, maintenance concern, leak, or unusual condition for the client. ☐ Complete final walkthrough and confirm requested areas were addressed. Move-In / Move-Out Checklist: ☐ Confirm property size and room count before scheduling. ☐ Kitchen cleaning and organizing as selected. ☐ Bathrooms cleaned. ☐ Floors swept/vacuumed/mopped as applicable. ☐ Baseboards addressed when included. ☐ Interior windows addressed when included. ☐ Appliances addressed according to selected package/add-ons. ☐ Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside when purchased. ☐ Garage swept and debris removed when purchased. ☐ Note visible damage or maintenance concerns for the client. Additional Services: Services outside the selected package or checklist may require additional fees. If a different service or additional work is requested or required, pricing will be discussed with and approved by the client before additional work begins. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a 40% cancellation fee.
