Cancellation Policy

Organization & Decluttering Service Policy T&J Properties will complete the Organization Service Checklist based on the client’s purchased service and agreed-upon scope of work. Services may include identifying goals, sorting and categorizing items, creating practical organization zones, decluttering designated areas, using existing storage, labeling when requested, and completing a final walkthrough. If the client requests services outside the agreed-upon scope, a different type of service is needed, or additional work is required, pricing will be discussed and approved by the client before any additional work begins. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a 40% cancellation fee. Organization Service Checklist ☐ Identify the client's goals for the space. ☐ Sort items into keep, relocate, donate, discard, and decision-needed categories. ☐ Group similar items together. ☐ Create practical zones based on how the client uses the space. ☐ Declutter surfaces, floors, cabinets, closets, or garage areas within the purchased scope. ☐ Use existing storage first; recommend storage products only when helpful. ☐ Label or arrange categories when requested. ☐ Remove or stage donation/discard items according to the client's instructions. Weight limit is applicable. ☐ Complete a final walkthrough and explain the new organization system. Property Access Customers must provide proper access at the scheduled service time. Keys, access codes, parking instructions, alarm information, and other access details must be provided in advance. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for: Providing safe property access. Reporting known hazards or special conditions. Securing valuables and confidential materials. Providing necessary access information. Communicating special cleaning requests before service. T & J Properties is not responsible for areas that cannot be safely or reasonably accessed. Safety T & J Properties may decline or stop work when conditions present an unreasonable safety risk. Hazardous materials, biohazards, unsafe structures, and specialized hazardous cleanup are outside standard office cleaning services. Scope Changes Services outside the original agreement may require an updated quote. Changes in property size, condition, frequency, or requested will affect pricing
